Many startups with traction need more than money

They have a product and customers, but not always someone who knows how to grow a brand. And investing keeps me up to date with what is coming.

02What I did and how

Every investment goes through three filters before I come in. Then I bring what I do best: marketing, brand and growth.

Proven traction

I only come in when there are real customers and proven demand, not just a good pitch deck.
Growing markets

I look for sectors with the wind behind them: fintech, health, AI, mobility and sustainable consumer brands.
Efficient growth

I look at how capital is used and whether the numbers add up, not at growth at any price.
Bringing more than money

I help founders with marketing, brand, data and growth, and open up my network of founders, executives and investors.

What I learned

Spreading the portfolio across sectors and countries lowers the risk of each bet.
Investing in startups is the best way to see what is coming in marketing before anyone else.

03Results

Today the portfolio has more than 20 startups across seven sectors and five countries, with one exit: Citymapper.
